Return Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction. We will offer a refund within 30 days of your purchase. We will provide hassle-free returns for items that are returned in the same new, unused condition, or damaged items from shipping. If an item is returned in dirty, damaged or smells unclean, we will unfortunately not be able to return your item.
Before You Return:
As a company founded on quality, we value your feedback. Our team is here to support you as we help you return or exchange your product. In some situations, we may find that sending a replacement product would be more beneficial, as our team will aim to ensure your satisfaction.
Easy Return Process:
Should you decide to proceed with a return, here’s how our process works:
Contact us: Reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase at contact@ridemrough.com With the following information: Your name and order number, your experience with our product, and why you are requesting a refund.
Return Approval: Once we review your request, we will either approve or deny your request. For those approved we will send you a return authorization with a shipping label and detailed return instructions.
Ship the Product Back: Package the product safely and send it back to us. You will be responsible for the delivery and return shipping cost.
Refund Issued: Upon receipt of your returned item, we’ll process your refund promptly, minus any non-refundable shipping fee’s.
Exchanges: We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery, we will exchange your product for the same item. Please reach out to contact@ridemrough.com
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased the refund will be sent to the purchaser.
